One of the highlights of the DIRECT conference is the group break-out sessions held on the second day of the event. Attendees from last year stated these workshops were “very informative,” “motivational,” and “compelling.” Because we want you to get the most out of these sessions, we’ve created a guide so you know just what to expect.
We’ve designed 16 different options for break-out sessions, from which you can select four to attend. During the workshops, you will have the opportunity to hear from other ShipCompliant users, ask our team questions, and network with your peers. Each of these meetings will last approximately 45 minutes, with a 15-minute break between each session for you transition to the next session.
Additionally, we will be conducting one-on-one sessions with ShipCompliant team members and featuring presentations from our Gold-certified partners. We will share more information on our one-on-one sessions and how to register for them in a later post.
What You Can Bring:
Though we spend weeks developing content to share with you at these sessions, the more questions you come with, the more information you will walk away with. Many of these workshops are designed to encourage conversation and information sharing between attendees and ShipCompliant staff, and the most enriching content came from these conversations last year. So, start to think about your questions and come ready to engage! We love hearing from our clients and are looking forward to doing so this May.
What You Can Do After the Conference:
Networking at this event has been very helpful for many of our clients in the past, so be ready for it! Make sure to bring business cards, and don’t hesitate to ask folks for theirs. After the conference, keep the conversation going! Reach out to people. Frequently, the best resource is your peers — they understand your challenges.
As always, feel free to reach out to our customer service at any point before, during, or after the conference. You’ve got questions and we are here to help.
