Use of Information

ShipCompliant does not share, sell, rent or trade personally identifiable information with their parties for their promotional purposes. We collect and use your personally identifiable information to provide you with any information you request from Six88, including sales and marketing materials and to address any communication that you may have initiated or authorized.

Customer Data

ShipCompliant will not review, share, distribute, or reference any Customer Data except as provided in the ShipCompliant Service Agreement, or as may be required by law. ShipCompliant may collect and use aggregated (i.e., non-personally identifiable) Use Data for purposes of site administration and to compile information about usage of our sites and services. This data is also used to determine industry specific sales and shipping metrics, for use by participating suppliers, to provide valuable business intelligence related to their direct to consumer program.

Customer Privacy Choices

You may review and correct your personal information and preferences. You may opt out at any time of

ShipCompliant’s Analytics baseline program which aggregates non-personally or company identifiable information in order to derive industry baseline metrics for benchmarking. Every marketing email from ShipCompliant contains instructions on how to opt out of receiving further marketing emails from the Company. You may also opt out of marketing related emails via the ShipCompliant Portal.

Security
