Help some of the World's best wine brands deliver their products to their customers and partners around the country with our suite of automation tools. This Inside Sales position is meant as a welcome wagon to help some of the thousands wineries around the country, who have already expressed interest in ShipCompliant, to make the decision easier for them to start using our system. NO cheesy sales tactics, NO hi-pressured sales environments. Just treating people the way we like to be treated ourselves and having a good time doing it in a great small-company environment.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries
  • Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities and closed business
  • Generate revenue for new sales and renewals through cold calling and sales presentations
  • Become a subject matter expert on compliance in the wine industry
  • Conduct in-depth product presentations
  • Record accurate customer data to the CRM system
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive for further development and closure
  • Provide high level of customer service to ensure client’s complete satisfaction

Qualifications
  • Strong desire to succeed in Technology Sales
  • Minimum 1-2 years of business experience (Software Sales a plus)
  • Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals with ability to have fun while working hard
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written / Verbal communication skills
  • BA/BS degree

Junior Customer Support Specialist:    Apply Now

We are looking for an energetic, positive person to be responsible for providing fanatical telephone and email support to our rapidly growing customer base. You will be representing the wine industry's leading provider of automated compliance to a set of world class winery managers, owners and winemakers. The candidate must possess superior problem solving and communication skills with a proven ability to exercise sound judgment, recognize business critical situations and escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

  1. Professionally respond to telephone calls, emails and web-based requests for technical support
  2. Contribute to efforts to promptly identify, analyze and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with customer satisfaction and production in mind
  3. Act as a liaison between customers and product team to ensure identified problems are resolved to completion
  4. Prepare customer training materials, including but not limited to monthly newsletter emails and video tutorials
  5. Continuously strive to improve the quality of customer service and customer loyalty

Qualifications
  1. Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  2. Strong computer and Internet skills required with Excel, HTML and/or graphic skills a plus
  3. Self-starter with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  4. Ability to multitask with excellent organization and follow-through
  5. Experience using or supporting web applications
