We are looking for an energetic, positive person to be responsible for providing fanatical telephone and email support to our rapidly growing customer base. You will be representing the wine industry's leading provider of automated compliance to a set of world class winery managers, owners and winemakers. The candidate must possess superior problem solving and communication skills with a proven ability to exercise sound judgment, recognize business critical situations and escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

  1. Professionally respond to telephone calls, emails, and web-based requests for technical support
  2. Track and monitor open support issues to ensure service level standards are met and exceeded
  3. Contribute to support efforts to promptly identify, analyze and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with customer satisfaction and production in mind.
  4. Continuously strive to improve the quality of customer service and customer loyalty
  5. Act as a liaison between customers and product team to ensure identified problems are resolved to completion

Qualifications
  1. Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  2. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  3. Ability to multitask with excellent organization and follow-through
  4. Experience using or supporting web applications
  5. Interest in the wine industry a big plus

Compensation
Salary based on experience and qualifications. Position available immediately.
