Responsibilities
- Process qualified leads from a variety of sources: website, industry events and referrals
- Expect to be making 30 outbound calls per day to executive level decision makers, generating interest, qualifying prospects, building proposals and closing sales.
- Weekly opportunity and lead management reviews with the sales team Become a subject matter expert on compliance in the wine industry
- Help run weekly software demonstrations
- Work with support staff to track projected vs. actual revenues
- Work with Product Managers to prioritize pending service agreements
- Maintain standards of service in contacting potential customers
- Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas
Qualifications

This position provides support to the Sales Team and Marketing Director in addition to the CEO.
Typical duties and responsibilities:
- Event planning and Logistics (including print materials, promotional items, travel arrangements, invitations, event promotion, registration & attendance management, event follow up)
- Sales and Marketing Data Analysis using Salesforce.com, Google analytics, internal systems.
- Sales Demos scheduling and client support
- New customer training session scheduling
General office management duties: answer general phone lines, maintain public area cleanliness, office supply inventory, office reception, office plant care, daily lunch orders, and special meeting coordination, company social events planning, etc.)
Skills required include:
- Attention to detail and follow through on tasks of all types
- Excellent ability to track documentation and keep track of tasks for others
- Computer programs: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SalesForce, GoToWebinar, gMail and google documents
- Good oral and written communication skills

You will be representing the wine industry's leading provider of automated compliance to a set of world class winery managers, owners and winemakers. The candidate must possess superior problem solving and communication skills with a proven ability to exercise sound judgment, recognize business critical situations and escalate as needed.
Responsibilities

- Track and monitor open support issues to ensure service level standards are met and exceeded
- Contribute to support efforts to promptly identify, analyze and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with customer satisfaction and production in mind.
