and well-organized individual to join the inside sales force in our Boulder office.

customers. This position will assist us in streamlining the client acquisition process
without sacrificing customer service, quality or value. You will be supported by
a passionate support and technical team along with a referenceable list of notable
clients and alignment with the industry’s most respected associations.

Responsibilities
- Process qualified leads from a variety of sources: website, industry events and referrals
- Expect to be making 30 outbound calls per day to executive level decision makers, generating interest, qualifying prospects, building proposals and closing sales.
- Weekly opportunity and lead management reviews with the sales team Become a subject matter expert on compliance in the wine industry
- Help run weekly software demonstrations
- Work with support staff to track projected vs. actual revenues
- Work with Product Managers to prioritize pending service agreements
- Maintain standards of service in contacting potential customers
- Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas
Qualifications
- Strong desire for career growth and responsibility
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through close
- Ability to properly represent our product in a sophisticated and highly educated marketplace

- Produce copy for website, SEO initiatives and marketing collateral
- Manage physical and virtual sales and marketing events, including the company's annual user conference (400 attendees)
- Provide data manipulation and analysis of sales leads to guide the sales team
- Build and promote the ShipCompliant brand through blog postings, white papers and speaking engagements
- Perform competitive tracking and analysis
- Execute internal marketing initiatives including customer communications, partner communications and monthly newsletters
- Manage all advertising, branding, direct marketing, graphic design, marketing, promotion, public relations, and online marketing

- Ability to organize and prioritize work while handling multiple competing tasks with tight deadlines
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and Internet skills required, salesforce.com experience a plus
